St. Crispin’s Day Preview: We’re Off to See the Wizard!

[By Nicole Kaplan]

The theme for this year’s St. Crispin’s Day is The Emerald City. So, who wants to meet the Wizard?! Let me tell you that you’ve come to the right place. Just keep your eyes open and magic you will see, as we hear from the Wizard himself, Don Samuel.

Don literally wrote the book on federal criminal practice in the Eleventh Circuit. If you don’t have a copy of the Eleventh Circuit Criminal Handbook, get one. It will lead you on down the yellow brick road to better objections, motions, and briefs. Don has also published books on Georgia state law, federal trial practice, and the Fourth Amendment.

Don is a true trial lawyer. We all know he does great work for his clients. But he also spends a lot of time helping the criminal bar. He is a past-president of GACDL. He was elected to the American Board of Criminal Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for 30 years running! He also teaches the next generation of lawyers at Georgia State University.

Please join us on the first day of Crispy as the Wizard shares his magic about the United States Supreme Court!
